Accordingly, the estimated total retail sales of goods and service revenue in the district in 2025 will reach VND 2,800 billion (an increase of VND 1,186.7 billion compared to 2020). The average growth rate in the 2021-2025 period is estimated at 11.6% (more than 2.59% compared to the Project target). The production value of the trade - service sector is mainly estimated at VND 1,508 billion (an increase of VND 741.6 billion compared to 2020). The average purchasing power per capita is estimated at VND 26.5 million/person/year, an increase of VND 10.46 million/person/year compared to 2020.
In the period of 2021-2025, Phu Luong has paid attention to investing in the construction, repair and renovation of markets such as Yen Trach, Tuc Tranh, Giang Tien, Yen Ninh... with a total cost of over 7.6 billion VND, meeting the needs of buying and selling, exchanging goods of local people. At the same time, the District People's Committee invited and attracted businesses to build commercial centers in the area, such as: Aloha Mall Supermarket, with a scale of 20,400m2 in Du town; commercial center in Dong Cham hamlet, Dong Dat commune, with a scale of about 7,500m2... The above projects are in the process of investing and building infrastructure.
The District People's Committee also directed the functional forces to strengthen patrols, control, and clear out spontaneous markets, markets not included in the planning, and trading points that cause traffic safety hazards. From 2021 to present, the functional forces have organized 318 patrols and controls; handled 343 violations, and collected over 173 million VND to the State budget...
