The Provincial People's Committee has approved the starting price for the auction of land use rights to select investors to implement the housing project in the central area of Pham Ngu Lao ward (now Le Thanh Nghi ward).

The starting price for the auction of the right to use more than 8.1 hectares of land to select an investor to implement the project is more than VND 2,271 billion.

According to the decision, by April 2025, the average land price for an area of more than 2.6 hectares of low-rise residential land is more than 63 million VND/ ^m2 ; the average land price for an area of more than 1 hectare of high-rise residential land is more than 59 million VND/ ^m2 .

The investment project to build a housing area in the central area of Le Thanh Nghi ward was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in March 2025.

The project covers an area of over 8.1 hectares, including over 1 hectare of mixed high-rise residential land, over 2.6 hectares of adjacent and low-rise residential land; in addition, there is land for traffic, trees, memorial areas... The Provincial People's Committee decided to choose the form of auctioning land use rights to select investors to implement the project.
