Blackpink's comeback project is not just a documentary

Through a post on all official Spotify accounts worldwide, the music platform announced that they have a special surprise for Blackpink's upcoming 8th anniversary.

This mysterious photo has created a fever on social networks with many people waiting for new information. Blackpink will celebrate their 8th debut anniversary on August 8.

In addition, all Blackpink members will appear at the press conference for the launch of "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR BORN PINK in Cinemas", scheduled to take place on August 9 at Seoul Yeongdeungpo Times Square.

The press conference will welcome the four members of Blackpink on a bright pink carpet, as the members gather to celebrate their special 8th anniversary with fans.

All four members will take time to greet fans attending the film's premiere on the day, marking Blackpink's first official group activity in about 11 months.

"BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR BORN PINK in Cinemas" premiered in 110 countries and territories worldwide on July 31.

Following the reports, YG Entertainment clarified that Blackpink will not be making any comments or holding interviews, but will only greet fans on the red carpet.
