In addition, the store also applies payment by QR-Code of the bank, helping people to pay conveniently.
Thanks to the 4G network, Mr. Vang A Nênh, Suoi Khang village, has used his smartphone to read newspapers, access social networks, learn production techniques and build economic models. Mr. Nênh shared: I often go online to learn and apply techniques to take care of more than 180 peach trees; 1.5 hectares of upland rice and cassava; combined with raising 8 cows and 11 horses. The family's total annual income is nearly 100 million VND. The family is experimenting with planting more than 30 green-skinned grapefruit trees, which are growing well and starting to bear fruit this year.
Playing a key role in digital transformation, the Youth Union of Suoi To commune has actively supported people in using technology devices and installing useful applications for life and production. Mr. Song A Nhenh, Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, said: Since the beginning of the year, the Commune Youth Union has coordinated with the Commune Police to support more than 1,000 people in installing VNeID, registering for electronic identification, submitting documents online... When implementing the new government model, the Commune Youth Union has established a community digital technology team consisting of 15 members who have been trained and supported people at the Public Administration Service Center. In the coming time, the Commune Youth Union will open a class to guide the use of technology devices according to the motto "those who know a lot teach those who know less".
Thanks to the active participation of the Party Committee, the government and the consensus of the people, Suoi To commune has achieved many outstanding results in digital transformation: More than 90% of households can watch television; 90% of households use the internet; 100% of officials and civil servants are proficient in document management software and electronic file processing; the rate of files resolved through online public services is increasing.
Mr. Thao A Tru, Vice Chairman of Suoi To Commune People's Committee, said: The commune has upgraded the transmission line and equipped machines to process documents more effectively. However, some villages still face difficulties due to weak network and lack of smart devices. The commune has developed a plan for each year and each stage, focusing on supporting people in digital transformation in life, production and application of science and technology in economic development.
