Germany and Poland portray “Magical Love” in the 3rd competition night of DIFF 2024 despite heavy rain

On the evening of June 22, despite the unexpected rain during the third competition night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2024, both Germany and Poland left special impressions on viewers.

With the romantic theme “Made of Love Inspiration”, the fireworks night between Poland and Germany attracted tens of thousands of spectators from all over to Da Nang on the evening of June 22.

The German team's performance of "Sacred Love" opened the fireworks night with a melodious melody and romantic fireworks in the sky. Following the gentle song "Confide In Me", the colorful fireworks led the audience into an emotional space. Then the playful and energetic melodies of "Grace Kelly" and "Oh Yeah" exploded with larger fireworks of all colors, bringing joy and excitement.

The German team used 4,000 fireworks with exquisite special effects: graceful golden willow clusters, falling sparks like falling stars, intertwined spirals, painting the night sky by the Han River with vivid colors.

The German team's performance took the audience on an adventure through the intense emotions of love, so that when the last fireworks fell on the river, the audience was still dreamy and regretful.

Right before the Polish team's performance, a sudden rainstorm came down but the Polish team overcame the smoke to have an impressive performance and left many regrets for the visitors.

The biggest impression that the Polish team left was the almost perfect harmony between the sound and the fireworks, with a rhythm that was sometimes calm, sometimes full of emotion, helping visitors clearly feel the passionate melody of the team's love for Da Nang.

The Polish team told their story through sounds and images from the fireworks in the sky, sharing with the audience the joy of returning to Da Nang in DIFF 2024.

As soon as the first fireworks were shot into the sky while it was still clear after the rain, visitors were filled with excitement at the unique and diverse fireworks shapes with the background music "I don't want to set the world on fire", like the dragon fire that once warmed the hearts and feelings that the team had for Da Nang.

This is followed by a breathtaking emotional chapter depicting the busy pace of life and stressful work, with the medley of "Insomnia," "Gangsta's Paradise," "Toxic," and "Smoke on the Water" following each other, pushing emotions to a crescendo.

Ms. Tuyet Nhung from Hanoi shared: “It is really a pity for the Polish team, if the weather had been favorable, this would have been a truly spectacular performance. However, the performance in the smoke made me feel very clearly the melodies of love and the spectacular combination of sound and light.”
