With the prestige of a global corporation with extensive experience in production as well as management level, as soon as it set foot in the province to invest, Exedy Vietnam quickly exploited the potential advantages to break through and develop. However, since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and the rapid development of electric motorbike and electric car companies, the car and motorbike market has declined, affecting Exedy Vietnam's production and business activities.

Clearly defining the motto "Quality is the highest" as a guiding principle in the operation process, in order to regain growth momentum, the company continues to invest in modern production lines, with many advanced technological equipment and machinery, meeting increasingly strict technical requirements in the production process of automobile and motorbike engine parts, requiring high precision.

Typically, the 850-ton stamping machine has a noise level of only 79 - 81 db; the ionization technology cleaning machine does not require cleaning solution; the automatic blank winding and vacuuming machine so that workers do not have to operate by hand, causing unsafety, increasing accuracy; investing in robotic arms to participate in many production stages, improving productivity and accuracy of product details...

By applying scientific and technical advances and new technologies to production and business, the company creates the best sustainable products and services for customers, while ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, protecting the working environment and the ecological environment.

Every year, the company sends its staff and employees to attend training courses domestically and at foreign companies in the Exedy Group (Japan) system to improve their skills and expertise. Continuously innovate and improve production lines as well as scientifically arrange other working positions in the factory to meet production requirements and intensity. In 2023, the company's revenue and production output decreased by 15% compared to 2022, the reason being that the consumption of motorbikes had slowed down. Up to now, the company is creating jobs for more than 250 workers with an average income of 11 million/person/month. In 2024, the company plans to regain growth momentum and stabilize jobs for workers.

To achieve the set plan in the current difficult economic context, the situation of declining consumption of motorbikes and cars, the company continues to innovate technology, focus on improving the quality of production management, exploiting the market, actively seeking new business areas to increase revenue.
