F88 is in the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam

Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a ranking of working environments in enterprises conducted annually by Anphabe - the leading consulting company on employer branding and happy working environments in Vietnam - since 2013 under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Dai, Deputy General Director, representing F88 Company, received the award for Best Workplace in Vietnam 2025 presented by Anphabe.

Assessing the internal strength that F88 has thanks to its happy working environment and solid corporate culture, Ms. Winnie Lam, General Secretary, Hong Kong Business Association in Vietnam, Member of the Advisory Board of the Vietnam Excellence® 2025 Program, where F88 was honored by Anphabe as the Enterprise Connecting Employees last April, commented: "F88 demonstrates outstanding ability in turning challenges into opportunities to develop people and organizations. Flexible thinking, commitment of the leadership team and development strategy based on human values are the keys to help F88 continuously achieve new, sustainable successes" .

Conquering rigorous standards

To find the list of 100 Best Workplaces this year, Anphabe surveyed more than 73,000 respondents to measure the quality of the working environment of more than 650 businesses in 18 key industries. Based on these results, Anphabe will create a list of 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, large enterprises and 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, medium enterprises. As a result, F88 ranked 6th in the entire financial services industry in the ranking for medium enterprises.

Not only is F88 listed in the 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, it is also recognized as an Enterprise with Happy Human Resources (Happiness at Work 2025) after passing 15 strict criteria of Anphabe. With a happiness index of 86%, F88 has exceeded the industry average of 82%. In particular, core factors such as Consistent Orientation, Welfare and Senior Leadership all reached from 87% to 92%, higher than the industry average of 5% to 7%, affirming the serious and effective investment in human resource strategy, verified by transparent actual data.

Even before that, in 2024, F88 was honored by GPTW as an Excellent Workplace, Top Excellent Workplace in Vietnam and Top Excellent Workplace in Asia. According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Dai, the above awards are recognition of the valuable working environment and corporate culture that F88 has built after 12 years of operation.
