Fii Vietnam organizes its 2024 Solidarity Congress.

On the afternoon of January 12th, at the Bac Giang Provincial Sports Arena, Foxconn Internet Industrial (Fii) Vietnam, a subsidiary of Foxconn Science and Technology Group, held its 2024 Fii Solidarity Congress with the theme "United in spirit - Steadfastly moving forward".

Attending the event were: Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Phan The Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Labor Union, and the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board. Representing Fii were Mr. Brand Cheng - Chairman of the Board and CEO of Fii, along with leaders of Fii Vietnam and thousands of outstanding employees of Fii Bac Giang.

Fii (Foxconn Industrial Internet) is a subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group, one of the world's leading technology corporations. Fii owns a global network of factories in countries including the United States, Mexico, Hungary, China, India, and Vietnam; playing a significant role in the global digital economy .

Fii Vietnam was established in 2007 with factories in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces. After 17 years in Vietnam, Fii has made significant strides, contributing to the overall development of the Vietnamese economy and creating numerous jobs, helping to stabilize and boost the economy of Bac Giang province in particular. Last October, Fii's Fuhong factory in Quang Chau Industrial Park was honored by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as the first "Lighthouse Smart Factory" in Vietnam.

The Fii Solidarity Congress program is held annually. This is an opportunity for the company to evaluate the results achieved during the year; set production and business goals for the coming year; and honor and reward individuals who have made significant contributions to labor and business development.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Viet Oanh delivered a speech at the Fii Solidarity Congress.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Viet Oanh acknowledged and highly appreciated Fii's important contributions to the socio-economic development of Bac Giang province during its 17 years of operation in the locality.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Bac Giang province always values ​​and pays attention to the production, business activities and development of investors and enterprises. He also committed to continuing to support and create the most favorable conditions within the legal framework for FII's projects to operate effectively, develop sustainably, and maintain a long-term commitment to the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Fii to continue focusing on building corporate culture; caring for and improving the material and spiritual lives of its employees. At the same time, Fii should fulfill its obligations to the State budget, actively participate in social welfare work, and contribute to the development of Bac Giang province.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wishes all leaders, staff, and employees of the corporation and their families a happy and prosperous New Year.

At the event, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Viet Oanh presented flowers to congratulate the enterprise. He also joined the leaders of Bac Giang province and the leaders of Hong Hai Science and Technology Group in performing the "Kick-off" ceremony – marking a successful start to 2025. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan, along with the Group's leaders, presented flowers and commemorative plaques to 36 employees .   Notable examples include those who have been associated with and contributed to Fii Vietnam for 15 years or more.

At the Fii Solidarity Congress 2024, 57 employees of Fii Vietnam who had worked at the company for 15 years were awarded commemorative medals and gifts (1 gold bar/individual); 350 outstanding workers were honored and rewarded with a total value of 700 million VND.

Along with honoring employees, within the framework of the Fii Solidarity Congress 2024, Fii Vietnam also organized a prize draw and special artistic performances.
