The second generation Ford Mustang was considered by enthusiasts to have "lost its quality" and the third generation Mustang from 1979-1993 created something spectacular despite being developed on the chassis platform of that period.

Recently, Ford has made a special edition - Mustang FX to recall this period, the car is developed based on GT Premium with two variants: Convertible and Coupe. The highlight of Mustang FX is the classic fusion from inside and out.

The exterior of the Mustang GT FX with the Performance Package features Oxford White painted details including 19-inch 5-spoke wheels and a small grille opening. Without the Performance Package, the Mustang GT FX only has white painted emblems and badges, and carbon gray grille air vent surrounds.

The rear window features “MUSTANG” lettering in the 1987–1993 font. The car takes inspiration from the turquoise paint on the Mustang Fox Body and renames it Adriatic Blue Metallic; customers can also opt for Orange Fury Metallic Tricoat.

The Mustang FX interior is upholstered in the same checkered fabric as the classic Fox Mustangs, combined with leather-wrapped bolsters with standard seats or optional Recaro sport seats.

The car's nostalgic decorations include contrasting gray and blue (City Silver and Adriatic Blue) embossed stitching on the dashboard, seats, door panels, steering wheel,...

Seat belts express the owner's personality with color options of International Orange, Prime Blue or black with red stripes.

The Fox Body-themed instrument cluster display behind the steering wheel creates a nostalgic feel and recreates the 1987-1993 Mustang clock.

The Mustang GT FX has no change in power compared to the Mustang GT Premium, still a naturally aspirated 5.0 L V8 engine, producing 480 horsepower or 486 horsepower with Active Valve dual exhaust system. The car has 2 options of 6-speed manual transmission or 10-speed automatic transmission.
