Electric Ford Mustang Mach-E launched in Vietnam, price 2.599 billion VND

Ford Vietnam has just officially launched the new Mustang Mach-E 2026, this is the company's first pure electric SUV with an expected delivery time from the end of September 2025.

On August 15, 2025, at the 30th anniversary of its presence in the Vietnamese market, the Ford Mustang Mach-E electric car was officially launched. This is the first time Ford has distributed electric cars in the Vietnamese market.

Entering the electric vehicle segment in Vietnam, the new 2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E has an easily recognizable exterior design thanks to features such as a long hood, muscular side creases, sharp headlights and iconic three-bar taillights.

To open the front door after unlocking the 2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E electric car, users just need to press the button on the B-pillar, the door will automatically pop out about 40mm.

A small, aerodynamically designed handle makes opening the door easy. The rear door can be opened via a small handle located in the frame.

Inside this electric SUV is an interior that not only retains the Ford Mustang spirit but is also spacious for 5 passengers and luggage thanks to the battery pack located under the floor.

Notable features of this electric car include a B&O sound system, a panoramic sunroof with a special glass layer that helps keep the interior cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. In addition, the material layer inside the glass also protects the cabin from UV rays.

Next is the latest generation SYNC 4A infotainment system, allowing for personalization of more than 80 vehicle settings, from interior temperature, seat position to lighting. This system comes with a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, supporting wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. A wireless charger for smartphones is also standard equipment in the car.

The rear luggage compartment has a capacity of 402 liters and can be expanded to 1,420 liters when the rear seats are folded. It also comes with a front trunk with a capacity of 81 liters and has the ability to drain water.

The "heart" of the Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium AWD in Vietnam is two electric motors located on two axles, creating a total capacity of 395 horsepower and maximum torque of 676 Nm. The electric motor combined with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 88 kWh, provides a travel distance of up to 550 km.

In addition, the car is also equipped with an AWD system with 3 driving modes, including Whisper, Active and Untame. The One-Pedal Drive mechanism, which allows the driver to control acceleration, deceleration and stopping with just the accelerator, is also available on this electric car model.

The Ford Mustang Mach-E can receive AC power, either through a single-phase (7.4 kW) or three-phase (11 kW) power source. The onboard charger automatically adapts to the incoming power source, charging the battery from 10% to 80% in just about 6 hours.

Of course, the car is also equipped with DC fast charging capability with a maximum capacity of 150 kW. Thanks to that, the car can add an average of about 107 km after only 10 minutes of charging. The process of charging from 10% to 80% of the battery capacity only takes about 36 minutes.

Finally, there are modern safety features, including adaptive cruise control with Stop and Go function and lane centering, collision avoidance system with automatic emergency braking, lane keeping system with blind spot warning, cross traffic warning when reversing,...

In Vietnam, the Ford Mustang Mach-E has only one version, Premium AWD, and a selling price of VND2,599 billion. For the first 300 customers, the incentive is VND2,499 billion. Customers will also receive a free mobile charger, a wall charger (wallbox), and free installation. The car will be officially delivered to Vietnamese customers from the end of September 2025.
