Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspects the construction progress of the Lam Dong exhibition space - Convergence and Shine in Hanoi to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day

On the afternoon of August 16, comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province inspected the actual construction progress of the exhibition space "Lam Dong - Convergence and Shine" at the National Exhibition Center (Co Loa - Hanoi).

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the units to continue to coordinate closely, urgently construct, and ensure quality.

After listening to the report of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and checking the progress of construction of the exhibition space and content staging, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of urgency, smooth coordination, efficiency and responsibility of the units, departments and branches.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: There is not much time left from now until the opening day of the Exhibition, while the scale of organization and workload are very large, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related units need to have high determination and great efforts to perform well the assigned tasks. It is necessary to coordinate more closely in the organization, ensure quality, and be ready for preliminary review on August 20 before the general rehearsal and opening of the Exhibition.

Construction ensures technical and aesthetic requirements, correct content and ideas.

With the theme “80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness”, the Exhibition is an important political - cultural event in the series of celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). This is an event of scale, stature and significance commensurate with the proud 80-year journey of the country.

The exhibition space design carries the beautiful idea of the land where "Great Forest - Thousands of Flowers - Blue Sea" converges.

Fully aware of the magnitude of the Exhibition, Lam Dong province has proactively developed a content plan and designed the exhibition space with the theme "Lam Dong - Convergence and Shine". Departments and branches, chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Lam Dong Museum, have closely followed the plan, proactively coordinated to complete the design, implemented the content and tasks according to the outline and ideas; and selected construction contractors in a strict, scientific manner, in accordance with regulations.

Exhibition space "Lam Dong - Convergence and Shine" is expected to make an impression on the public.

The exhibition space of Lam Dong province creates a strong impression with its outstanding achievements in many fields over the past 80 years; but it does not stop at numbers and events, but it is also a vivid picture of the unique cultural values of the ethnic communities, along with the richness of natural resources and diverse products of the land where the great forest, thousands of flowers and the blue sea intersect.
