Storm No. 11 makes landfall, gusts at level 10, heavy rain in the North over a wide area

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, early this morning (October 6), storm No. 11 made landfall in the Fangcheng area (Guangxi province, China).

Due to the storm's influence, Bach Long Vi has strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 9; Co To has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8; coastal areas of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong have gusting to level 6-7.

At 4:00 a.m., the center of the storm was at about 22.0°N – 107.6°E, in the southern area of ​​Guangxi province (China).

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10. The storm moves in a West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 20 km/h.
