Under the direction of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, during the process of localities and functional agencies implementing measurement and counting, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center was assigned to urgently direct and urge the Regional Land Registration Office Branches to closely coordinate with localities and related units. Thereby, promptly handle issues of extracting, measuring, exploiting cadastral information and supporting cadastral map operations to serve the project site clearance work. Periodically, before the 20th of each month, the Center reports the implementation results to the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.

Localities are required to proactively coordinate with the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and related units to review and unify the plan for site clearance according to the Gantt chart. At the same time, develop a progress table for specific tasks, clearly stating the completion time and tasks of each unit. On that basis, each locality will make a monthly and weekly implementation plan and periodically evaluate the results of each item; the report must fully demonstrate data, specific evidence, and clear proof of the work that has been implemented.

Localities need to proactively coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center to hand over documents and tasks related to compensation, site clearance, and resettlement that the locality has implemented, specifically boundary documents, inventory, list of land recovery notices, etc. and work to be continued; at the same time, review the remaining tasks performed by the locality to coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to implement.

Localities need to urgently speed up the selection of consulting units, prepare specific land valuation records for appraisal and approval; at the same time, organize the inventory and statistics of assets on land, ensuring progress according to the Gantt chart. In addition, it is necessary to pay special attention to propaganda and mobilization work, create consensus among the people, ensure publicity and transparency, and limit the occurrence of prolonged complaints and lawsuits.

The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway construction investment project passing through Ward 1 Bao Loc has 32 hectares of agricultural land for perennial crops and 4.6 hectares of other land of 171 households and 1 organization affected by the project.

According to statistics, Ward 1 Bao Loc currently has 61 households with residential land that are eligible for resettlement after land acquisition for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project.
