Eden Farm, and the private business community in general, expect the province to implement more groundbreaking policies. This will create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the private sector and enable it to contribute more strongly to the overall development of the locality. In particular, in the field of high-tech agriculture – a strength of Lam Dong province – businesses hope to collaborate more closely with the government in building modern, environmentally friendly farming infrastructure. This includes, especially, the application of water-saving irrigation systems, biological solutions, and production models adapted to climate change.

Simultaneously, promoting digital transformation and applying transparent management and traceability platforms will enhance the value of agricultural products. Policies supporting access to credit, land, science and technology, and encouraging deep processing will be important drivers, helping businesses confidently expand investment, create more jobs, and contribute to building the brand of Lam Dong agricultural products to reach the world.

Building a team of officials with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige.

The Provincial Party Congress is a crucial political event, summarizing the past period and setting forth directions for the new leadership to guide the local development. It is also an opportunity to strengthen confidence and foster unity among cadres, Party members, and the people. Of particular concern is the work of Party building and rectification. I expect this congress to continue to propose decisive policies aimed at enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations at all levels. Emphasis should be placed on building a team of cadres with sufficient qualities, capabilities, prestige, and the courage to think, act, and take responsibility to meet the demands of new tasks.

In particular, the fight against corruption and negative practices must be seen not only as a regular task but also as a measure of the credibility of officials with the Party and the people. We hope that this congress will clearly define more comprehensive solutions, from tightening inspection and supervision, enhancing the exemplary responsibility of officials, especially those in leadership positions, to promoting the supervisory role of the people. Only then can we build a truly clean and strong apparatus, consolidating the people's trust. When that is achieved, social consensus will be enhanced, and the Party's policies will be implemented in a practical way.
