According to BGR , although Samsung has not yet officially announced information about the Galaxy TriFold, new leaks and patents have revealed part of the design of this triple-folding smartphone. Unlike the Galaxy Z Fold with its familiar dual-folding screen, the new version is rumored to be a breakthrough with a flexible triple-folding screen.

Notably, according to a patent leaked by Galaxy Club, Samsung may integrate three separate batteries on the Galaxy TriFold model. This design is to ensure battery life for a device with a large screen size and complex structure like the Galaxy TriFold.
Battery life is key on the Galaxy TriFold
Specifically, the batteries are arranged as follows: the smallest one is located in the camera cluster, the second one is located on the back of the outer screen and the largest one is located in the middle when the device is folded. This is considered a bold but completely reasonable move for a device that needs high battery life.

At the moment, it is still unclear about the battery capacity or charging speed that Samsung will bring to the Galaxy TriFold, but leaks show that the Korean company is working hard to develop a completely new smartphone. Most likely, the company will announce more details about the Galaxy TriFold before the end of October, but the product may only be released in a limited number of markets to evaluate performance before expanding globally.
