Bac Ninh implements assessment of enterprises' production technology level and capacity

DNVN - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, has just signed Plan No. 111/KH-UBND to deploy the assessment of the level and production technology capacity of enterprises in the province.

Create favorable conditions for manufacturing enterprises to research, develop and innovate technology.

Accordingly, the survey and evaluation subjects include enterprises in the manufacturing sector: Processing, manufacturing, assembly industry and supporting industries in Bac Ninh province.

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assesses the level and production technology capacity of enterprises in a number of manufacturing industries and fields through 5 components, specifically:

Group of current equipment and technology T (including 7 criteria) with a maximum score of 30 points;

Technology exploitation efficiency group E (including 5 criteria) with a maximum score of 20 points;

Organizational and management competency group O (including 5 criteria) with a maximum score of 19 points;

R research and development capacity group (including 5 criteria) with a maximum score of 17 points;

Innovation capacity group I (including 4 criteria) with a maximum score of 14 points.

The assessment activities aim to create a basis for proposing solutions to improve production technology level and capacity; synchronously and effectively implement regulations on technology management, Enterprise Law, and science and technology enterprises.

At the same time, encourage innovative businesses and start-ups to conduct research and technological innovation activities, improve the level and capacity of production technology of enterprises in the province. Thereby, continue to create favorable conditions for production enterprises to research, develop, and innovate technology, contributing to improving the value and competitiveness of products in the integration process.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over synthesizing the results of the report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Science and Technology on the implementation of the Plan to assess the level and capacity of production technology of enterprises in the province according to regulations.
