Bac Ninh: Adjusting 12 district roads (old) into provincial roads

BAC NINH - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 478/QD-UBND adjusting (old) district roads in Bac Ninh province.

Specifically, 12 (old) district roads with a length of 181.42 km will be adjusted to become provincial roads and new numbers will be assigned to the provincial roads after adjustment.

The left side of the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway (from Hanoi to Lang Son).

- Tam Di - Dong Phu - Dong Hung route is adjusted to DT.290B;

- Nam Duong - Deo Gia - Tuan Dao route is adjusted to DT.291B;

- The route from Lang Giang District Medical Center (old) to My Ha is adjusted to DT.292B;

- The route from Bo Ha town through Dong Son commune, Yen The district (old) to Dong Bac Vocational College is adjusted to DT.292C;

- Dai Lam - An Ha; Voi - My Thai - Tien Luc route adjusted to DT.293B;

- Cao Thuong - Phuc Hoa route and the road connecting DT.294 with DT.292 are adjusted to DT.294C;

- North-South axis route, Hiep Hoa district adjusted to DT.296B;

- Hong Thai route - Provincial Road 298 - National Highway 37 - Provincial Road 398 - Ha Bac 1 Bridge adjusted to Provincial Road 298B;

- Route DH.5B and the section through Quang Chau Industrial Park are adjusted to DT.398;

- Kep - Nghia Hung - Tien Luc route and the section from DT.398 to Ha Bac 2 Bridge are adjusted to DT.398B;

- The left-side service road of Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway (from Hanoi to Lang Son) is adjusted to DT.398C;

- The right-hand side service road of Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway (from Hanoi to Lang Son) is adjusted to DT.398D.

In addition, adjust the remaining 214 (old) district roads with a length of 1,169.24 km into commune roads according to the administrative boundaries of the commune level.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Commune People's Committees and investors to inventory the current assets on the roads and make a record of handing over the (old) district roads adjusted to provincial roads (except for the lighting system, traffic lights, and trees on the route) to the Department of Construction for management according to regulations. For the sections of the route that are being invested in and constructed, the Department of Construction will take over management after the project is completed.

The People's Committees of communes and wards continue to organize the management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of (old) district roads and adjust commune roads according to the administrative boundaries of the commune level according to regulations.

The Department of Finance annually advises the Provincial People's Committee to arrange funds to carry out management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of roads according to regulations.
