According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, after 90 days of implementing Plan No. 63/KH-UBND, the whole province has made great efforts in organizing, arranging and standardizing the land database according to the 2-level local government model. The province has completed the reference establishment and information standardization for 22,254 map sheets; initialized land plot references according to map sheets and administrative unit codes; integrated the reconciled data into the VBDLIS system, ensuring consistency and synchronization for management.
The data cleaning work has achieved remarkable results. The province has compiled 537,367 cases that need to be cleaned and sent them to the National Population Data Center ( Ministry of Public Security ) for reconciliation. Up to now, 513,422 cases have been verified, reaching 95.5% of the workload. Information cleaning helps eliminate errors, creating a basis for carrying out land administrative procedures quickly and accurately.

Regarding data enrichment, the results show great efforts from the grassroots. Currently, the whole province has 684,245 land plots identified as meeting the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living", an increase of 221,076 plots, equivalent to 47.7% compared to the review time (November 21). This is an important figure showing that the quality of data has been significantly improved.
At the same time, the province has reviewed 3,235,749 land plots of all types and has built a database, of which 773,325 are residential land plots and houses. The remaining will continue to be updated through administrative procedure settlement.

To date, the province has successfully updated the national land database at a rate of 84.5%. Many communes and wards have achieved a 100% update rate, but there are still some units with a low rate, reaching less than 20%.

Comrade Dao Quang Khai concluded the conference. |
Concluding the conference, Comrade Dao Quang Khai highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of departments, branches and localities, especially those units that completed and exceeded the assigned targets. He affirmed that the campaign to "enrich and clean" land data has created an important change in land management, administrative procedure reform and promoting digital transformation of the province.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai emphasized that the data cleaning rate is very large but the update rate to the national database is not commensurate; therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Provincial Police need to group the communes that have not completed, send officers to the place to "hold hands and guide" to speed up the progress; ensure that by December 10, 2025, the whole province must reach 100% update rate to the national land database. Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards and communes need to focus highly on direction, considering the implementation results as one of the criteria for evaluating the emulation in 2025. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that if difficulties or problems arise, localities must promptly report for guidance and resolution.

To achieve the common goal, localities are required to continue reviewing, correcting errors, and completing all collected data. He emphasized that updating and editing land databases must be done regularly and continuously, considering this a key task at the grassroots level.
