The school's delegation was led by Lieutenant Colonel Pham Duc Loi, Political Commissar. Attending the information and propaganda session on the sea and islands and attracting human resources were also representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Go Dau District Party Committee, the Trang Bang City Party Committee, departments, organizations, and nearly 5,000 teachers and students from the four high schools of Quang Trung, Nguyen Trai, Ngo Gia Tu and Trang Bang.
At the propaganda points, the School's reporters informed a large number of cadres, teachers and students about the position, role and importance of Vietnam's seas and islands in the cause of national construction and protection; disseminated the Party's viewpoints and policies and the State's policies on protecting the sovereignty of seas and islands; introduced the general achievements, feats and strong development of the Navy; and provided information and advice on admission to military schools in general, to the Naval Academy and the Naval Technical College in particular.

The propaganda content helps students grasp and understand the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws in the struggle to protect sovereignty over seas and islands; the main features of the Naval Academy, the Naval Technical College and the forms and methods of enrollment.
Through propaganda, help foster love for the sea and islands and build motivation for students to strive to study and register for admission to schools under the Army and Military Services.

Over the years, the Naval Technical College and the Propaganda Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee have regularly coordinated closely in providing and exchanging information about the sea and islands; propaganda work and attracting human resources have always been innovated in content, form, method, and propaganda objects are increasingly expanded.
