Meeting to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam Military Medical Day

Towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 79th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnam Military Medicine (April 16, 1946 - April 16, 2025), on the morning of April 13, in Nha Trang City, about 150 members of Veterans Associations (CCB) including: Veterans Association - Military Medicine of Nha Trang City; Association of Former Students of Military Medical School - Military Region 5 (Central - Central Highlands region) and Association of Former Female Soldiers - National Defense Officials (Military Hospital 87) held a traditional meeting and merged into one association named the Association of Former Military Medicine - Military Region 5, Central - Central Highlands region.

At the meeting, the veterans recalled their memories of working as military doctors to take care of the health of soldiers, wounded soldiers and people in units in Military Region 5 and promised to continue promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in all areas of work and life in their units and localities.

Lieutenant General Phung Khac Dang (left cover) - former Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association visited and congratulated the Clinic of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Veterans Association.

Members participate in providing free medical examinations and medicine to veterans and people in remote areas.

Over the past years, dozens of cadres after retirement have joined the Medical Clinic of the Association of War Veterans of Khanh Hoa province, thereby helping to take care of the health of their comrades and participating in examining and providing free medicine to people in remote, mountainous areas.
