Provinces such as Hanoi , Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Tuyen Quang, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen still maintain the price of 65,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. This is the current ceiling price of the live hog market nationwide.
Some other localities have lower prices such as Phu Tho, Ninh Binh at 64,000 VND/kg, or Nghe An, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai at 63,000 VND/kg. Highland provinces such as Son La, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Cao Bang have prices around 62,000 VND/kg, while Ha Tinh is only 61,000 VND/kg.

The Southern market continued to be a bright spot today when many localities increased by 1,000 VND/kg, especially Dong Thap, Ca Mau and Vinh Long. This is a sign that pork consumption demand is showing signs of improvement in the Southern region.
