The two border guards who received housing support were Major Nguyen Huu Nhan, Deputy Chief of Tho Chau Border Guard Station, and professional soldier Captain Vo Truc Phuong, Phu My Border Guard Station. Each house was supported with 60 million VND from the fund for regulating after-tax profits of enterprises under the Ministry of National Defense .
The delegation handed over the house to professional military captain Vo Truc Phuong.
Colonel Le Hoang Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command, said that supporting comrades' houses clearly demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and mutual support of comrades and teammates towards border guards who are working day and night on the front line of the Fatherland.
