20 years of "nurturing" knowledge in difficult lands

Established in November 2005, Ninh Thanh Loi High School faced numerous difficulties: lack of facilities, inadequate teaching staff and unqualified training. In fact, in the first school year (2005-2006), the school only had 4 high school classes with 4 teachers transferred from other schools.

After 20 years of formation and development, the staff of Ninh Thanh Loi High School has grown strongly.

After 2 decades of construction and development, under the leadership of 3 generations of principals, the school has made great strides in development. Up to now, the scale of the school has expanded significantly with 31 classes (19 middle school classes and 12 high school classes). The team of teachers and staff has grown strongly with 2 administrators, 49 teachers (22 high school teachers) and 7 employees. In particular, all middle school teachers have specialized university degrees, are highly appreciated for their sense of responsibility, dedication to the profession, solidarity and active innovation in teaching methods.

Thanks to the development of staff and facilities, the quality of education at the school is increasingly improved. Mr. Danh To Nol, Party Secretary and Principal of Ninh Thanh Loi High School, shared: "The school is proud to be a common home that has helped many generations of students grow up and make positive contributions to the cause of building the homeland of Ca Mau and the country."

Ninh Thanh Loi High School organized the Youth Melody Contest on November 16, 2025.

The clearest evidence for the school's quality of teaching and learning is that over 98% of students have good conduct; the average good conduct rate is 53%.

Principal Danh To Nol emphasized: "Combining knowledge education with moral training, life skills and extracurricular activities helps students develop harmoniously in terms of intelligence, physical strength and personality."

Looking to the future

Over the past 20 years, the school has annually achieved the title of Advanced Labor Collective or higher. Many teachers have achieved the title of Provincial Excellent Teacher, Provincial Emulation Fighter. Notably, 3 individuals have received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister . As for students, every year many students are admitted to prestigious universities in fields such as: pedagogy, security, medicine..., becoming useful citizens for society and their homeland.

Ninh Thanh Loi High School organized a visit for students to the Cai Chanh Base National Historical Site, Cay Cui Hamlet, Ninh Thanh Loi Commune, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

Looking back over the past 20 years, Ninh Thanh Loi High School is proud of its achievements and continues to look forward to the future with new goals. Accordingly, the school strives to "comprehensively innovate, improve the quality of education, train life skills and nurture ideals for students, contributing to training human resources for society".

Comrade Phan Thanh Don, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of Ninh Thanh Loi High School (left) received a Certificate of Merit from the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2025, at the ceremony to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school's founding and the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day.

In particular, in the period of 2025-2030, the school sets a big goal, steadfast in its comprehensive and sustainable development strategy: improving the quality of comprehensive education; applying digital technology and artificial intelligence to teaching and learning; building a team of teachers who are politically steadfast and professionally skilled. The main goal is to maintain the title of "Clean and strong Party Committee", becoming a solid political support for all professional activities and movements.
