Attending the program were Ms. To Thi My Thuan, Vice President of the Women's Union of Ca Mau province, along with representatives of relevant departments and branches, teachers and students from the "Leaders of Change" Clubs in the province.

The seminar attracted more than 160 delegates, including officials of the Women's Union at all levels, representatives of departments, teachers and students from the "Leaders of Change" Clubs in localities implementing Project 8.

During the one-day program, delegates were updated with new knowledge, guided on the method of activities for MCs, practiced soft skills, analyzed the content of activities and practiced building scripts for club activities. In addition, many practical experiences on the operating model and how to maintain the club were also shared, especially the difficulties that arise when organizing activities in the community.

Students actively participate in exchanges, answer questions and interact with lecturers.

Speaking at the seminar, Ms. To Thi My Thuan emphasized: "We hope that through the program, we will help young leaders become more confident, have the ability to lead, organize activities and spread positive messages about gender equality, prevent violence and build a safe school environment."

Not only a place for professional exchange, the seminar also opened up opportunities for students - "young leaders" to express their views and wishes. Trieu Vo Ngoc Tran, a student at Le Hong Phong Secondary School, Khanh Lam Commune, shared: "Joining the Club helps me become bolder, know how to work in a team and be more confident when standing in front of a crowd. Today's seminar helped me practice many soft skills in organizing club activities. I hope there will be more activities like this so that we can learn and contribute to the school and the community."

The seminar program is a practical activity, creating a playground for exchange and learning, contributing to improving leadership capacity for young leaders, promoting creative movements in schools and spreading good models in implementing Project 8 in Ca Mau province.
