The State Securities Commission (SSC) has just issued a warning about a fake document of the SSC to defraud investors (fake document No. 128/GCN-UBCK dated May 10, 2023) that is spreading on social networks.

The State Securities Commission affirmed that it did not grant the Establishment and Operation License to the fund management company, SAC Capital VN Investment Fund Company Limited, and the Certificate of Registration to establish a public fund for SAC Capital VN Investment Fund.
According to this agency, the list of fund management companies and securities investment funds licensed by the State Securities Commission is fully and promptly posted on the State Securities Commission's website (ssc.gov.vn).
Therefore, investors need to be careful, check and compare information before trading.
