Comments are received through direct feedback forms at the People's Committees of communes, wards, Department of Natural Resources and Environment or online on the Gia Nghia City electronic information portal (gianghia.daknong.gov.vn).

The time for collecting opinions lasts 20 days from February 14, 2025. The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for receiving, synthesizing opinions and reporting to the People's Committee of Gia Nghia City.

Consulting on the 2025 land use plan aims to ensure publicity, transparency, and suitability with local development needs.

Recently, Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen signed a document urging localities to develop land use plans for 2025. In particular, the Provincial People's Committee criticized Gia Nghia City People's Committee for delaying the preparation of documents for the 2025 land use plan. For many years, Gia Nghia City has always been slow in developing land use plans.
