The 2nd Congress of Delegates of the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, term 2025

Attending the Congress were Mr. Tong Viet Cuong - Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Tra Vinh Young Entrepreneurs Association; representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of Party Committees of communes and wards; leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union of Lai Chau province; representatives of the Leaders of the Young Entrepreneurs Associations of provinces and cities and partners of the Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association; leaders of the Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association through the periods; 70 outstanding delegates representing 159 young entrepreneur members in the whole Lai Chau province...

During the past term, the movements and activities of the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association were maintained effectively. The work of building the Association's organization and developing its members was of interest and focus to the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association. The whole province has 159 members, 2 affiliated branches, contributing over 50 billion VND to the annual budget, creating jobs for over 1,500 local workers. The members are enthusiastic, responsible, and ready to participate in the Association's activities as assigned by the Association's leaders, especially in the work of participating in building and developing Lai Chau homeland. Many enterprises and members were honored with the Red Star, Golden Star of Vietnam, Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs, and were honored to receive commendations from the Central Association and the Provincial People's Committee.

Business support activities have been practically implemented, including the Entrepreneurs Coffee Program organized periodically every week, attracting 1,295 members to participate in sharing information and experience in management, operation, investment, and business development. The Association has sent dozens of members to participate in training courses on digital transformation, e-commerce, and business management skills. Social security activities have been promoted. The Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association has organized and coordinated volunteer activities for social security with a total support value of more than 5 billion VND. With the slogan of action "Young entrepreneurs of Lai Chau - solidarity - creativity - integration - development", the 2nd Congress of Delegates of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Lai Chau province, term 2025 - 2030 set out the following goals and targets: 100% of members well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; 100% of members well participate in movements and activities launched by the Province and the Central Government; 100% of young entrepreneurs members well fulfill their tax obligations; 100% of members actively participate in social security activities; 100% of members are eligible to be considered for the Red Star, Golden Star of Vietnam, Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Awards; organize the Association to mobilize businesses and members to create stable jobs for at least 1,500 young people in the province...

Mr. Pham Van Tuyen - Chairman of Lai Chau Province Young Entrepreneurs Association delivered the opening speech at the Congress.

To achieve the set goals and targets, the Congress has proposed 4 tasks and solutions, including: Promoting propaganda to improve the quality of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements for businesses and members; building and developing the Association; accompanying and supporting young entrepreneurs and youth in starting a business; promoting cultural and sports movements and promoting social responsibility of young entrepreneur members.

The discussion at the Congress focused on the following contents: Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association, building a longevity tourism project associated with circular agricultural chemicals and community tourism in Sin Ho, Lai Chau; Lai Chau young entrepreneurs unite, pioneer digital transformation and online business - the shortest way to bring Lai Chau products to the whole country and the world...

In order for the Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2025 - 2030 term to achieve many positive results, the comrades suggested that the Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs Association continue to proactively apply science and technology, artificial intelligence, develop digital economic models, green economy, circular economy, create products with highland identity, build the Lai Chau brand to reach far. Strengthen connections with the Central Association, between members, enterprises in the province and enterprises of other provinces; promote the collective strength of "Lai Chau Young Entrepreneurs - solidarity - creativity - integration - development". Proactively propose initiatives and solutions to promote the investment environment, support start-ups, and develop small and medium enterprises. At the Congress, 24 members of the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030, were elected. The Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association Committee, term II, held the first conference to elect the Chairman and Vice Chairmen, the Inspection Committee and the Head of the Inspection Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, term II, 2025 - 2030. Mr. Pham Van Tuyen holds the position of Chairman of the Lai Chau Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, term II, 2025 - 2030. The Congress also voted to pass the Congress Resolution.
