Lam Dong: Arrange for officials to stay in Phan Thiet and Gia Nghia to work

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi has just signed a document to send to the province's professional agencies on arranging civil servants and public employees to work at the headquarters of the People's Committees of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces (formerly Phan Thiet and Gia Nghia cities).

Lam Dong province will arrange civil servants and public employees to work in Area 2, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (formerly), and Area 3, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dak Nong province (formerly).

The subjects assigned to work in the above 2 areas include personnel performing the task of receiving and returning administrative procedure results. Some specialized management areas generate many tasks that need to be handled right at the facility, such as receiving citizens.

In addition, there are specialized fields including forestry, fire prevention and fighting, quarantine, market management, disaster prevention support, environmental treatment, etc.

For agencies and units with special characteristics and professional activities related to the area that have their own headquarters; departments and branches consider and arrange civil servants and public employees to work at the agency headquarters in accordance with regulations.

After the merger, thousands of officials and civil servants from the administrative centers of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces (formerly) came to Da Lat to work. However, due to the long distance (from 160-180km) and the limited transportation system, handling work encountered many difficulties, especially in some specific fields.
