In order to perfect the apparatus and meet the requirements and tasks in the new period, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Van Ut directed the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to urgently carry out the reception and recruitment of civil servants.
Among them, it is necessary to focus on reviewing and accepting non-professional workers who meet the requirements.
The Provincial People's Committee requested localities to promptly complete and promulgate the list of job positions of the People's Committees at the commune level.
Based on the list of job positions and assigned staffing quotas, localities urgently review and establish procedures to receive qualified people to work as civil servants, focusing on prioritizing non-professional workers working at the People's Committees at the commune level.
No later than November 18, 2025, localities must send a request document with complete documents as prescribed to the Department of Home Affairs for appraisal.
After completing the recruitment of qualified and eligible people to work as civil servants, the People's Committees of communes and wards continue to determine the need to supplement the missing civil servants according to each job position, especially in the fields of Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Accounting, Land Administration - Construction and positions directly serving people and businesses.
On that basis, localities send to the Department of Home Affairs to synthesize, report and propose the Provincial People's Committee to issue appropriate recruitment plans.
The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province also requested the Department of Home Affairs to closely coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize appraisals and submit them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval to accept them as civil servants under the People's Committees at the commune level.
At the same time, the staff unit of the Provincial People's Committee deploys the plan to recruit civil servants according to regulations.
According to Mr. Pham Xuan Bach, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Tay Ninh province, after reviewing, the staff and civil servants at the People's Committees at the commune level in the province currently has more than 3,700 people, still lacking more than 2,000 positions compared to the total assigned target.
The Department of Home Affairs has instructed the People's Committees at the commune level to accept qualified people to work as civil servants, promptly supplementing experienced human resources, and immediately meeting the work needs of specialized departments and units under the People's Committees at the commune level.
At the same time, the Department guides the development of a list of temporary job positions for specialized departments and administrative organizations under the People's Committees at the commune level./.
