Steel price today June 11: Increase on the trading floor

Steel prices today recorded, domestic market kept selling prices unchanged; iron ore continued to decrease due to increased supply, slightly increased on the trading floor.

World market

Rebar on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) for December 2025 delivery rose 10 yuan to 2,987 yuan/t.

Iron ore futures continued to decline in the trading session, marking a second consecutive decline, as expectations of increased supply weighed on the market. However, strong demand from China and hopes of easing US-China trade tensions somewhat limited the decline.

According to SteelOnline.vn, Hoa Phat steel brand, with CB240 rolled steel line at 13,650 VND/kg; D10 CB300 ribbed steel bar is priced at 13,790 VND/kg.

The most-traded September iron ore contract on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) fell 0.85 percent to 698.5 yuan ($97.16) a tonne.

On the Singapore Exchange, the benchmark iron ore price for July delivery fell 0.63% to $94.1 a tonne, after hitting its lowest since June 3 at $93.9 a tonne.

Viet Sing Steel, with CB240 coil steel, is priced at VND13,690/kg; D10 CB300 ribbed steel is priced at VND13,580/kg.

VAS steel, with CB240 coil steel line at 13,740 VND/kg; D10 CB300 ribbed steel bar is priced at 13,740 VND/kg.
