Domestic gold price 24-7 turned down 700,000 VND

(GLO)- After skyrocketing by 1.2 million VND yesterday, this morning's trading session (July 24), the domestic gold price fell by 700,000 VND. Currently, businesses are trading at an average of 120-122 million VND/tael.

Specifically, businesses such as Bao Tin Minh Chau, PNJ, SJC, DOJI , Phu Quy are listing gold bar prices at 120-122 million VND/tael, down 700,000 VND/tael in both buying and selling directions. Mi Hong recorded a deeper decrease than other businesses when the selling direction was only 121.8 million VND/tael, while the buying direction was at 120.5 million VND/tael.

The price of gold rings also turned down in today's trading session depending on the business. In particular, Mi Hong is trading at 115.7-117.2 million VND/tael; Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the two-way buying-selling price at 116-119.7 million VND/tael; PNJ is trading at 116.6-119.2 million VND/tael; SJC is listed at 115-117.5 million VND/tael; DOJI listed at 116.5-119 million VND/tael. Phu Quy is priced at 115.7-118.7 million VND/tael.

The world gold market also recorded a sharp decline. The world spot gold price in the Asian market at 5:40 a.m. (Hanoi time) was trading at around 3,388 USD/ounce, down more than 41 USD/ounce compared to the same time yesterday morning. The world spot gold price closed the session in the US market last night - early this morning (Hanoi time) at around 3,389 USD/ounce, down more than 41 USD/ounce compared to the previous session close in this market.
