Domestic gasoline prices on November 20, 2025 slightly adjusted

At 3:00 p.m. today (November 20, 2025), domestic gasoline prices fluctuated slightly. In which, oil prices increased and decreased in opposite directions from 40-350 VND, while gasoline only lost 40 VND.

Domestic gasoline prices today, November 20

Since 3:00 p.m., today's gasoline price, November 20, 2025, has slightly decreased. Specifically:

• RON 95-III gasoline only costs 30 VND, not higher than 20,540 VND/liter;
• E5 RON 92 gasoline also decreased by 40 VND, not exceeding the threshold of 19,800 VND/liter;
• E10 RON 95-III gasoline does not exceed VND20,120/liter, a loss of VND30.

Update on gasoline prices today, November 20, 2025 after adjustment session

Oil prices today, November 20, fluctuated in opposite directions. Accordingly:

• The price of 0.05S Diesel Oil decreased by 40 VND, not higher than 19,820 VND/liter;
• Kerosene price increased by 350 VND, not exceeding the threshold of 20,280 VND/liter.
• Mazut oil price lost another 340 VND, not higher than 13,730 VND/kg.

Similar to previous management periods, today the joint ministries also did not draw or spend from the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund.

Since the beginning of the year, RON 95-III gasoline has increased 26 times, but decreased 22 times; while diesel has increased 25 times, remained unchanged once and decreased 22 times.

Thus, today's domestic gasoline price on November 20, 2025 fluctuated in opposite directions compared to the previous adjustment period.

Prime Minister proposes Kuwait cooperate to expand energy investment in Vietnam

On November 18, during his official visit to Kuwait, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received CEO of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Sheikh Nawaf S. Al-Sabah.

At the meeting, the Prime Minister proposed that KPC consider cooperating in building a bonded petroleum depot in Vietnam, helping Kuwait have more strategic reserves in the region, while strengthening bilateral friendship. He also hoped that KPC would share its experience and provide technical support to help Vietnam develop large-scale factories, aiming to ensure energy security and sustainable growth.

Currently, Vietnam has a bonded warehouse in Van Phong Bay ( Khanh Hoa ), where foreign enterprises can store, blend and distribute petroleum before importing or selling internationally. The development of a bonded warehouse system is considered to bring benefits to both sides: Kuwait expands its reserve network, while Vietnam strengthens its infrastructure and attracts investment.

KPC is currently a major partner of Vietnam in the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical project worth 9 billion USD. The Prime Minister asked Kuwait to cooperate in expanding the project and promoting new cooperation, especially in the field of green energy. KPC affirmed that it is coordinating to remove obstacles at Nghi Son and hopes that Vietnam will continue to create favorable conditions and incentives for the implementation of oil and gas projects in the coming time.
