Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said: With the motto "Sharing love, connecting resources; for the poor - leaving no one behind". * On the same evening, the Organizing Committee of the Golf Tournament to support the Fund "For the Poor" of Ninh Thuan province 2023 held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes to the athletes. Attending the event were comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee; Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province and nearly 170 athletes representing businesses, organizations, individuals, and benefactors inside and outside the province.

In recent years, the Provincial Party Committee, Government, and Vietnam Fatherland Front have had many policies and solutions to improve people's lives in all aspects; paying attention to supporting, helping, and caring for the poor, people in especially difficult circumstances, and vulnerable groups, in many practical, meaningful, and appropriate forms such as supporting the construction and repair of over 14,000 Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households; supporting capital, seeds, farming techniques, and other social security programs... Thereby, helping the poor have conditions to stabilize their lives and escape poverty sustainably. In addition, due to many different reasons, the multidimensional poverty rate in the province is currently quite high compared to the national average; in particular, there are more than 1,600 poor and near-poor households that are facing real housing difficulties.
In his closing speech, comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province, emphasized that the Golf Tournament supporting the Fund “For the Poor”, organized for the first time, is not only a playground for golfers to meet, exchange, practice health, connect, cooperate, but also an opportunity for golfers, businesses, and entrepreneurs to turn to the community and hope that, from the generosity, love, and sharing of golfers. The Fund “For the Poor of Ninh Thuan province” will have more resources and opportunities to support many less fortunate fates, adding motivation for many people in difficult circumstances to rise up in life.

At the ceremony, 36 businesses and individuals participated in supporting, registering to support and participating in the auction of typical products of the province such as: 2 bonsai works, 5 ornamental grape pots, 3 special wooden products; PUTTER LB-SINKER HIRO HONMA; Hang Rai and Vinh Hy Bay art photos, Linga - Yoni ceramic vase pair. The total cost of mobilizing and auctioning the "For the Poor" Fund of Ninh Thuan province in 2023 is 3.5 billion VND.
