(Baoquangngai.vn) - On the afternoon of July 30, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien chaired a meeting with relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to resolve the recommendations of Quang Ngai 28 Joint Stock Company.

Quang Ngai 28 Joint Stock Company is a member company of 28 Corporation Limited Liability Company, under the General Department of Logistics ( Ministry of National Defense ). Headquartered at 121 Le Trung Dinh, Tran Hung Dao Ward (Quang Ngai City), with an area of ​​over 10.6 thousand m2. The main business is trading in garment products; buying and selling raw materials and garment accessories... In the past, the company has also performed well in the task of fabric production, ensuring military uniforms for the military.

To comply with the province's general planning, meet the company's production activities and promote the province's socio -economic development, the company proposed to relocate the entire construction and factory to a new location, planned in Tinh An Dong commune (Quang Ngai city), with an area of ​​nearly 21,000 m2.

At the meeting, the representative of Quang Ngai 28 Joint Stock Company hoped that the province, departments, branches and sectors would soon agree on a plan to relocate, exchange land and move the company from the old location to the new land in Tinh An Dong commune; propose compensation principles, investment policies... From there, the company will have a basis to hire a design unit to estimate and implement the compensation and site clearance plan at the new land.

Leaders of Quang Ngai 28 Joint Stock Company gave their opinions at the meeting.

The departments and functions facilitate and extend the land use right certificate for the company, in order to ensure the granting of construction permits, expansion of scale, meeting the needs of customers; ensuring the assigned national defense and security tasks. Currently, because the land use right has not been extended, the company is not allowed to install an automatic fire prevention and fighting system, affecting fire prevention and fighting in production and business activities.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with the General Department of Logistics (Ministry of National Defense) to re-determine the owner, authority to allocate and lease land at the company's land location on Le Trung Dinh Street. On that basis, the province will determine the authority and responsibility in extending the land use right certificate for the company, belonging to the Provincial People's Committee or the Ministry of National Defense.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment needs to clearly identify the location of the new land in Tinh An Dong commune according to the planning, whether it is national defense land or land for production purposes. On this basis, the relevant departments and agencies will agree on a compensation and relocation support plan in accordance with the provisions of law and some documents and instructions of the Ministry of National Defense. After receiving reports from agencies and units, the province will have a plan to work with the Ministry of National Defense to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for the company.
