Urgently prepare accommodation for officials coming to Quang Ngai for work

PTQ - Quang Ngai is currently actively preparing accommodation for officials from Kon Tum province to work in Quang Ngai city when Quang Ngai province begins operating from July 1. The Quang Ngai Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the unit assigned to build and repair facilities, is currently racing to ensure accommodation as soon as possible so that officials can work with peace of mind.

4-storey dormitory of Quang Ngai Provincial Political School

The 4-storey dormitory block of Quang Ngai Provincial Political School is one of the facilities selected to provide accommodation for Kon Tum provincial officials working there. The construction unit has mobilized human resources to speed up the progress of repairing this facility to serve 40 rooms. The completion date of this project is set for July 30.

Another facility, the new dormitory of the Provincial Political School project, is also given priority by the construction unit to have more human resources to complete by the end of July. Speeding up the progress is mandatory but does not mean ignoring quality. All items are carried out according to the correct technical process, suitable for the function of use.

Mr. Ha Viet Nam, Director of Luc Viet Joint Stock Company, said: Along with the province merger, to meet the accommodation needs of the staff, the Management Board directed the construction unit to speed up the progress of the dormitory blocks. Increase the number of workers on the construction site, gather machinery and equipment. Equipment purchased from abroad will be ordered early to ensure early handover to serve the accommodation needs of the staff in the future.

Dormitory of Le Khiet High School for the Gifted

The dormitory of Le Khiet High School for the Gifted is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Due to the time requirement, the construction work will be carried out day and night to complete by the end of July 2025, handing over 15 rooms to serve as accommodation for Kon Tum officials returning to work.

Implementing the direction of the province, the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil and Industrial Works discussed the most optimal construction solutions and ensured quality, reaching the finish line as soon as possible.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Director of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works in Quang Ngai Province, said: Upon receiving the directive from the Provincial People's Committee, the Board invited construction units to immediately deploy at the construction site to speed up progress, work overtime, increase shifts and have solutions to speed up, sometimes having to work at night to soon complete the works serving the accommodation of the staff.

It is expected that 1,163 officials, civil servants and public employees of Kon Tum province will come to Quang Ngai city to work from July 1. Quang Ngai will arrange official housing at 4 facilities: A3 Provincial Party Committee Guest House, T50 Guest House, Political School Dormitory and Le Khiet High School for the Gifted.
