The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 2977/QD - BVHTTDL on approving the scenario for the Parade and Marching Ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Pursuant to Decision No. 12-QD/BCĐTW dated June 10, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on celebrating major holidays and important events of the country in the three years 2023 - 2025 on approving the overall project of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); At the request of the Director of the Department of Performing Arts;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision approving the Scenario for the Parade and Marching Ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accordingly, the program of the parade and march commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will include activities such as: "Traditional torch relay" ceremony; Flag salute ceremony; Parade and march program including: air force saluting flight; parade and march of the blocks in the following order: Parade of the honor blocks, parade of the walking blocks, the Vietnam People's Army blocks first, then the foreign army blocks, then the militia, guerrillas, and the police blocks. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Performing Arts, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and Heads of relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
