The company currently has a team of more than 350 highly skilled engineers and workers, along with modern facilities with welding and cutting robots and automatic production lines. In management, the company has digitized processes, deployed ERP, AI, automatic control programming, and moved towards the "paperless factory" model. Not only pioneering digital transformation in the agricultural processing industry, Vina Nha Trang also cooperates with German partners to master technology, gradually affirming its international reputation. In particular, the company is researching the technology of producing instant Cascara coffee - a solution to turn by-products into green economic products, and plans to build 2 Cascara processing factories in Son La and the Central Highlands in the future; corresponding to the two main raw material areas of Arabica and Robusta.
Representatives of Vina Nha Trang Mechanical Joint Stock Company expressed their desire to continue receiving companionship and support from the State, ministries, branches, and NAFOSTED to implement strategic steps effectively and sustainably.

This enterprise is building the A+ digital technology ecosystem to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in digital transformation, green transformation and sustainable business expansion. In particular, focusing on building solutions, implementing practical projects and expanding cooperation including: Consulting on implementing digital transformation projects for enterprises; Building digital ecosystem solutions such as enterprise ecosystems, ecosystems for associations, clubs...; Supporting enterprises in transforming to sustainable digital business models.
According to the company representative, the goal is not only to provide an “all-in-one solution” but also to create a market, helping SMEs easily package and deploy digital transformation with just “one click”. The company has successfully tested on a number of herbal retail systems, local digital commerce models and is expanding to 34 provinces and cities.

At the working sessions, NAFOSTED representatives acknowledged and highly appreciated the innovation efforts of enterprises, and at the same time gave comments so that the enterprises' scientific and technological task proposals closely followed national criteria, especially in terms of novelty, technological solutions, commercialization capabilities, etc.
Mr. Dao Ngoc Chien emphasized that projects need to focus on and specify products, implementation models and evaluation indicators to ensure feasibility and effectiveness. The State is ready to accompany and support patent registration, intellectual property protection, as well as connect resources for businesses to successfully implement innovation strategies.
The survey trip to Khanh Hoa is expected to open up new directions, from deep processing technology of coffee by-products to comprehensive digital transformation platforms, contributing to making science and technology a key driving force for the development of the green economy and digital economy in Vietnam.
