According to the report of Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company, the project to renovate the 110kV Nha Trang - Dien Khanh - Suoi Dau line currently has 25/73 pier foundation locations in Nha Trang city, Cam Lam district and Dien Khanh district that have not been handed over the land. The reason is that the localities have not approved the land price of the project, leading to the failure to establish a compensation plan to pay the people. The 110kV Luong Son transformer station project and connection is implemented in Vinh Luong commune, Nha Trang city. Currently, the units have mobilized to hand over the land and constructed 11/25 pier foundation locations. The remaining 14 locations have completed inventory, confirmed the origin of the land, and are waiting for the Nha Trang City People's Committee to approve specific land prices, with a basis to determine the compensation plan for site clearance.
After listening to the opinions of relevant departments, branches and units, Mr. Le Huu Hoang requested that departments, branches and localities continue to coordinate in implementing land procedures; Nha Trang City People's Committee, Dien Khanh District, Cam Lam District urgently approve land prices, compensation and site clearance plans, to be completed before June 27. At the same time, localities need to increase mobilization of people to support and hand over the site for the project; hand over related tasks to new communes and wards after implementing the 2-level local government to continue implementing the work. The Department of Industry and Trade monitors the progress of implementation, urges and handles difficulties and problems within its authority; synthesizes and reports to the Provincial People's Committee before July 10.
