(TN&MT) - The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee mobilized and appointed Mr. Tran Van Phuong - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Phong City to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
On October 19, Mr. Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City chaired the Conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work of Cat Hai District Party Committee.
According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Tran Van Phuong - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Phong City was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Cat Hai District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau emphasized: Cat Hai is a locality with great potential for developing marine economy and tourism services. With the solidarity and efforts of the entire Party Committee, government and people of the district, up to now, the district's socio-economic, national defense and security targets have been basically guaranteed, gradually catching up with the targets set out in the Resolution of the 25th District Party Congress, contributing to the overall achievements of the city.
Mr. Tran Van Phuong is a cadre with basic, formal, and specialized training in resource management, holding many positions. In every field, he always strives to excellently complete his tasks, making important contributions to the field of land, resource, and environmental management in the city.
Through monitoring the working process, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee assessed Mr. Tran Van Phuong as a responsible cadre, with a lot of experience in consulting and synthesizing work, with executive capacity, and the ability to unite cadres. The transfer of Mr. Tran Van Phuong to the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee aims to implement the policy of training, fostering, and testing cadres in many different positions, building a source of key cadres for the city.
The Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee hopes that in his new position, the new Secretary of the Cat Hai District Party Committee - Tran Van Phuong will quickly approach the work, continue to promote his intelligence, and together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, focus on leadership and direction, determined to fully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
