Through monitoring, it is shown that the commune health stations have basically implemented the national target programs on health in the area and ensured progress according to plan . Develop a plan to implement the First 1000 Days Model; a plan to implement Breastfeeding Week; coordinate well the implementation of communication activities in response to Breastfeeding Week, communication on nutritional care in the first 1000 days of life, such as: hanging banners, slogans, broadcasting messages on "Benefits of breastfeeding", nutritional care in the first 1000 days of life on the loudspeaker system of the commune and in hamlets/villages. Provide consultation and guidance on breastfeeding, nutritional care in the first 1000 days of life, maternal and child health care at the health station. The working group recommended that the commune health stations continue to implement and improve the effectiveness of the components and specific objectives of the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas; strengthen communication activities on breastfeeding; carry out nutritional care activities in the first 1,000 days of life, activities on maternal and child health care; and provide periodic health check-ups for children under 24 months of age when there is a plan from superiors.
The Center's monitoring activities aim to promptly detect difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing activities under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas by 2025; Implement World Breastfeeding Week at Medical Centers and Health Stations; Discuss and agree on timely solutions to successfully complete the goals and targets set by the program.
