According to the report, Dak Mil District People's Committee is managing 12 professional agencies, 39 educational public service units and 7 other public service units.

By August 16, 2024, the District People's Committee was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee 85 administrative civil servant positions, 1,412 people working in public service units, 4 association positions assigned by the Party and State, 58 professional and technical contracts in educational service units.

The District People's Committee has promptly issued directive documents to implement State regulations related to the development of job position projects, recruitment, management, and use of civil servants, public employees, and labor contracts under its management.
In 2022, the district recruited 49/69 positions for civil servants in educational public service units, leaving 20 positions unfilled. In 2023, the district recruited 20/24 positions for civil servants in other public service units and association organization staff, leaving 4 positions unfilled.

The management and use of administrative staff have been strengthened. The quality of civil servants has been increasingly improved. Policies and regimes for civil servants and public employees have been implemented promptly, contributing to motivating and encouraging civil servants and public employees to complete their assigned tasks well.
In addition to the achieved results, the district has not yet used up all the assigned quotas at public service units because some specific positions are difficult to recruit people to work, such as English teachers, IT teachers, and library staff; some staff positions at other service units have no applicants.

The previous management work was still inadequate, so in some public service units, there were still cases of workers who had not been recruited and were still performing contracts; the implementation of job position construction was still confusing. The arrangement and assignment of teachers at school units still had a local shortage/surplus according to the norm in some units...
The monitoring delegation basically agreed with the contents of the report, the basic document archiving process was ensured and strict. The delegation requested the district to clarify a number of issues such as there were cases where civil servants did not meet professional standards according to the job position; the ranks and grades were not suitable for the assigned professional tasks; the district's recruitment work still had errors and did not meet the targets; the implementation of the project on job positions, the management and use of payroll were still stuck...

The monitoring delegation noted the recommendations and proposals of Dak Mil district. The delegation will coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to research, advise and propose to the Provincial People's Council for consideration, and issue written responses and specific instructions for localities to remove difficulties and obstacles, and implement the construction of job position projects effectively, consistently and in accordance with regulations.
