Assigning additional central budget public investment plans to 4 localities

According to the Decision, the additional allocation of the development investment expenditure estimate and the central budget public investment plan for 2025 is 33,067 billion VND for 4 localities (including: Tuyen Quang 3,530 billion VND; Son La 22,753 billion VND; Gia Lai 3,685 billion VND; Kien Giang 3,099 billion VND) to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested that, based on the development investment expenditure estimates and the central budget public investment plan for 2025 of the above-mentioned assigned national target programs, the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang, Son La, Gia Lai and Kien Giang provinces are responsible for allocating and assigning additional development investment expenditure estimates and central budget public investment plans for 2025 of the national target programs (phase 3) to affiliated agencies, units and levels to ensure compliance with the provisions of the State Budget Law, the Public Investment Law, and the correct investment content of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period in Decisions No. 90/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2022, Decision No. 826/QD-TTg dated August 13, 2024 of the Prime Minister and relevant regulations.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for monitoring and urging the progress of allocation and assignment of development investment expenditure estimates, public investment plans from the central budget, and organizing the implementation and disbursement of 100% of the estimates and capital plans of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction at the local level; synthesizing the implementation and disbursement of estimates and plans of the state budget capital in 2025 of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction and sending them to the Ministry of Finance before the 25th of each month.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the Ministry of Finance and the People's Committees of the provinces, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible to the Prime Minister, inspection, auditing and examination agencies and relevant agencies for the accuracy of the content, data of the results report and proposals for allocation and assignment of additional estimates and plans for public investment from the central budget in 2025 to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.
