Accordingly, the city assigned 451.3m2 of land in Dan Phuong commune, which has completed site clearance, to the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district for use, along with 1,028.5m2 of current land of Dan Phuong Commune Health Station, which was granted Land Use Right Certificate No. CD 416485 dated June 24, 2016, to implement the project to upgrade and renovate Dan Phuong Commune Health Station according to the Investment Project approved by the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district in Decision No. 8206/QD-UBND dated December 11, 2023.
The State allocates land without collecting land use fees to implement a project serving public health purposes. The location, boundaries, and area of the land are clearly defined in the master plan drawing at a scale of 1/500, prepared by AIC Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., and approved by Dan Phuong district.
Dan Phuong District People's Committee coordinates with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive boundary markers, carry out construction according to planning, ensure construction safety and legal regulations on investment, environment, fire prevention and fighting. After completion, the project must be put into use for the right purpose, in accordance with planning and approved documents.
The City People's Committee also clearly stipulates the land use term: Within 12 months from the date of handover on site, Dan Phuong district must put the land into use. If the project is delayed by more than 24 months compared to the project schedule or is not implemented according to regulations, the city will reclaim the land without compensation.
