In the case of the Philippines, one representative will qualify directly for the group stage of the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League Two. The other representative, Manila Digger FC, will compete in the qualifying round against Persib Bandung (Indonesia). This is also the only Indonesian representative to participate in the AFC Champions League next season, but must start from the qualifying round.

The match between Manila Digger FC and Persib Bandung will take place on August 13. The winner will be the 16th and final club from the Eastern Region to compete in the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League Two group stage.

VFF will announce that the remaining representatives of Vietnam participating in AFC Champions League Two 2025-2026 will be the defending champion and runner-up of V-League 2024-2025 or the champions of V-League and National Cup 2024-2025.
