Assign the task of developing working regulations for the Border Guard Command and the Regional Defense Command.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 18, the Military Command of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to assign tasks to build working regulations for the Border Guard Command (BĐBP) and the Regional Defense Command (PTKV) under the Provincial Military Command. Colonel Nguyen Trong Nhi, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.

Overview of the conference.

At the conference, based on functions and tasks, the Provincial Military Command thoroughly grasped the purposes and requirements, and assigned specific tasks to the Committees in building and perfecting working regulations.

Accordingly, the content of the regulations must ensure scientific nature, close to reality, synchronization and unity in leadership, command and operation; promote the role and responsibility of each member, ensure the principles of democratic centralism, discipline and order in Party work, political work, military work, logistics and technical work.

Opinions expressed at the conference all agreed that the development of working regulations for the Border Guard Command and the Regional Defense Command is of great significance, serving as a basis for improving the effectiveness of staff work, coordination, direction and organization of the implementation of local military and defense tasks; contributing to consolidating the all-people national defense, the regional defense posture, building a strong and comprehensive provincial military force, "exemplary and typical" to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Concluding the conference, the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff requested the Committees to closely follow the regulations, directions and instructions of superiors, and at the same time promote collective intelligence and a high sense of responsibility to build tight and effective working regulations, suitable to the characteristics and practical situation of the unit and locality.
