- In the face of the strong digital transformation wave of the education sector, many young teachers in Lang Son have quickly adapted and proactively turned artificial intelligence (AI) into a powerful assistant. Regular use of AI helps teachers innovate methods, build more flexible and attractive lectures, thereby contributing significantly to creating a modern and effective educational environment.
As a young teacher who loves technology, Ms. Hoang Thi Khue, a teacher at Nhat Hoa Kindergarten (Nhat Hoa commune) clearly understands the pressure of innovating teaching methods to attract children.
Ms. Khue said: I often use tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini to come up with ideas; Canva, Google AI Studio to design images and Word Wall to create games. Thanks to these tools, I have shortened about 40 to 50% of the time to prepare lessons. Through teaching practice, I have noticed that children concentrate better, their interest increases significantly and interactions in class become natural and lively.
However, Ms. Khue affirmed that teachers still play a decisive role in controlling content to ensure safety, standards and suitability for preschool education programs. All AI-generated learning materials are carefully reviewed and adjusted by her before being put into teaching.

Not only Ms. Khue, the application of artificial intelligence in teaching is currently becoming a common trend of many young teachers at all levels in the province. It is worth noting that not only stopping at personal efforts, teachers also actively exchange and share good practices and new applications through professional activities between schools in the cluster or in the province, creating a vibrant learning movement.
In preschool, teachers use AI to create vivid images, videos , and stories. In primary and secondary schools, teachers use AI to simulate experiments and create differentiated exercises. In high school, AI tools support the analysis of learning data, simulate real-life situations, and help students experience STEM activities or prepare for exams more effectively.

The popularity of AI has contributed to changing the way of teaching and learning in schools, making lectures more intuitive and students more proactive in accessing knowledge.
Sharing her experience, Hoang Thi Quynh Trang, a student of class 8A2 at Quang Lac Secondary School (Luong Van Tri Ward), said: Since teachers have used AI to simulate experiments, create visual images or interactive exercises, I have found learning much easier to understand. For example, in Literature, my teacher has applied AI to create illustrative videos, showing the scene in the poem or the story in the work, helping me to be impressed and remember the lesson longer.
To deepen this activity, in recent times, Lang Son education sector has implemented many synchronous solutions, determining that the application of technology must not be superficial but substantial.
According to statistics, the province currently has more than 640 schools from kindergarten to high school, of which 100% have applied information technology in management and teaching. Notably, about 80% of schools have initially applied AI in teaching activities in many different forms.
Ms. Nguyen Tuyet Chinh, Principal of Cao Loc High School, said: The school identifies the application of digital technology as a key solution. The Board of Directors always encourages teachers, especially young teachers, to access technology to build personalized lessons and create smart interactive activities. However, the school also regularly emphasizes that the use of AI must go hand in hand with pedagogical thinking, ensuring accuracy and humanity in each lesson.
In addition, human resource training is also given special attention. In the past 3 years, the Department of Education and Training has organized training courses on digital transformation and AI application skills for thousands of managers and teachers, thereby creating a solid foundation for innovation in teaching methods.
Discussing the development orientation, Mr. Dang Hong Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Lang Son affirmed: The proactive application of technology and science and technology by the teaching staff, especially young teachers, is a positive sign, showing their acumen and high sense of responsibility for the profession. In the coming time, the provincial education sector will continue to strengthen the direction of integrating STEM education and digital transformation into teaching; encourage schools to form a shared digital learning resource warehouse and organize experience sharing activities to replicate effective AI application models, contributing to improving the overall education quality of the province.
It can be seen that, with the spirit of innovation and professional enthusiasm, young teachers are spreading the image of modern, creative teachers. The successful application of AI does not stop at attractive lectures but also contributes significantly to the journey of modernizing education, bringing students the best learning opportunities in the digital age.
