GrabFood tests 'eat at restaurant' feature

Currently, the feature is being introduced to Grab users in Ho Chi Minh City. About 100 restaurants are cooperating with GrabFood to offer vouchers to enjoy meals at the restaurant, along with many attractive benefits.

The "eat at the restaurant" feature is GrabFood's latest effort to meet the increasingly diverse needs of consumers for culinary experiences.

Grab's "eat at restaurants" feature not only helps users easily find suitable culinary addresses but also makes the on-site dining experience more affordable."

The "dine-in" feature is expected to create new business opportunities for GrabFood restaurant partners. "The trend of multi-channel sales is growing. With GrabFood, restaurants can reach our large and diverse user base to both increase online sales revenue and attract more diners to the restaurant through this new feature," added Mr. Ma Tuan Trong.

Currently, Grab users in Ho Chi Minh City can use the feature and experience the "eat at restaurant" voucher with the following steps:

Step 1: Go to "Food" on the app, select the "eat at restaurant" feature

Step 2: Check out restaurant recommendations near the user or find a favorite restaurant

Step 3: Buy vouchers from the restaurant of your choice with attractive offers

Step 4: Book a ride to the restaurant right on the app

Step 5: At the restaurant, inform the staff that you will use the voucher, dine and pay with the voucher.
