For individual customers depositing savings for 1 and 2 months, BIDV lists interest rates at 1.7% per year. For 3-5 month terms, BIDV lists interest rates at 2% per year.

Savings interest rates at BIDV for terms from 6 to 9 months are at 3%/year. Customers depositing for 12 to 36 months receive the highest interest rate at 4.7%/year.

Customers who deposit money without a term will receive an interest rate of 0.1%/year.

How much interest do you get if you save 500 million VND?

You can refer to the interest calculation method to know how much interest you will receive after saving. The interest calculation formula is as follows:

Interest = Deposit x deposit interest rate %/12 x number of months of deposit.

For example, you deposit 500 million VND into BIDV Bank, 24-month term and enjoy 4.7% interest rate/year, the interest received is as follows:

500 million VND x 4.7%/12 months x 24 months = 47 million VND.
