This afternoon (October 25), Ha Giang province organized a Digital Media Seminar to spread the image of Ha Giang. The Seminar was part of the first Ha Giang Media Festival in 2023.

One of the outstanding activities is the digital exhibition introducing and promoting the image of Ha Giang with videos , clips, beautiful images of people, nature and receiving the title of Member of the UNESCO Global Geopark Network of Dong Van Stone Plateau. This is also an opportunity to promote and advertise the image and culture of ethnic people, creating a good impression on people and tourists when coming to Ha Giang.

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Tran Duc Quy - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province said: In the 4.0 industrial revolution, digital transformation is an inevitable and irreversible development trend. Media in general and Digital Media in particular play an extremely important role in the political and social life of countries and ethnic groups. Thanks to media, political and social activities are stable and developed, contributing to creating consensus and social trust; not only that, media is also a way to bring the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State faster and more promptly into real life; media is also a force that makes important contributions to promoting and spreading the image of the country and locality to the world; actively fighting and refuting wrong and hostile views, firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation; is an important bridge between the Party, the State and the People, helping people access information quickly, promptly, fully and comprehensively.
