The launching ceremony in response to "Month of Action on Drug Prevention and Control" and "National Day on Drug Prevention and Control" this year was organized with many practical activities such as: disseminating laws on drug prevention and control; the harmful effects of drugs on each individual, family and society; parading through the main roads of the commune, carrying banners and slogans calling on people to raise awareness and join hands to push back drug abuse; propagating and mobilizing all people to promote vigilance, proactively coordinate with functional forces in detecting, reporting and denouncing crimes, contributing to maintaining security and order in the locality.
The activity aims to propagate and raise awareness among union members, youth and people about the harmful effects of drugs as well as social evils such as gambling, prostitution, school violence, etc.; at the same time,educate awareness and responsibility in the fight against all kinds of evils, create positive changes, improve the effectiveness of the movement "All people protect national security", contributing to building a civilized and progressive society.
